Michael Halin, CPA (Isr.) is a senior manager in charge of the transaction support and due diligence services at our firm. Mr. Halin joined our firm in 2010.
Areas of expertise
- Halin’s specific experience includes leading buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements and other transaction-related services for private equity and strategic investors.
- He also has experience performing carve-outs, modelling, post-merger integration projects, corporate valuations, purchase price allocations, economic feasibility studies, initial public offerings and controllership services to public and private companies.
- In addition, Mr. Halin is has experience in economic opinions for use in court litigation, including assessment of economic damages, historical accounting as part of prolonged disputes and assessing costing projects for Government-owned entities.
