  • Securities laws, prospectuses, and accompaniment of capital issues in Israel and abroad
  • Accompaniment of transactions, conducting negotiations and ongoing consultancy

Extensive involvement in lecturing in academia and in professional training seminars (from 1986 to the present), including:

  • The College of Management, Academic Studies - Senior lecturer in the Accounting Department (financial statement analysis, due diligence, etc.)
