IFRS 3/FRS 102/ASC 805

According to IFRS 3/FRS 102/ASC 805, when an organization purchases another business, a purchase price allocation (PPA) is usually needed to allocate the fair value of the consideration to the fair value of the acquired business’s goodwill, intangible, and tangible assets.

Our knowledgeable valuations team has conducted many intangible asset valuations in PPA reviews throughout Israel and internationally.

We also offer impairment testing in accordance with IAS 36 and FRS 102, including valuations of intangibles, goodwill, and long-lived assets.

IFRS 16

During and after you approach your IFRS 16 transition date, we can help with determining the Incremental Borrowing Rates for your lease portfolio.

We will compile a comprehensive report describing our processes and conjectures which will assist you during the audit process, one way being that you can share them with your auditors.

In the case you need extra help with implementing IFRS 16, we can provide you with an example to help administer lease accounting in the future.

Intellectual Property (IP)

Your company’s IP is likely well known by your managers, investors, and shareholders, but some additional external stakeholders may want an independent assessment of the IP’s fair value. Since assessing the fair value of IP is complex, the assessment requires technical expertise and an objective and experienced team. Our team has the knowledge and experience to give you and your external stakeholder’s pertinent advice on valuating IP.
