- Preparation of expert opinions on investigative and economic matters, as well as civil disputes involving forensic accounting and economic aspects, such as damages arising from securities activities, fraudulent actions, creditor preference and related matters.
- Conducting forensic accounting investigations in liquidation and receivership cases, aimed at identifying fraudulent actions carried out prior to the cessation of company activities, including creditor preference, asset concealment, thin capitalization, and asset stripping.
- Providing accounting consulting and support to legal counsel in litigation processes involving investigative and forensic aspects.
- Performing work related to the detection, quantification, and prevention of money laundering, including conducting forensic audits for governmental bodies, preparing reports for sanctions committees, drafting expert opinions, and providing testimony in court.
- Conducting forensic, internal, financial, and special audits for the purpose of detecting and quantifying fraud and embezzlement for various enforcement authorities, non-profit organizations, government ministries, local authorities, public and private companies, statutory bodies, and more.
- Assisting organizations in implementing ongoing fraud and embezzlement prevention programs, including:
- Fraud and embezzlement risk surveys
- In-depth audits to examine fraud and embezzlement scenarios
- Implementation of process and automated control mechanisms to prevent fraud and embezzlement scenarios - Specialist in process analysis in forensic audits (preventive and detective) using computerized information systems, including IDEA and SQL Server.
