Tamar Ben Dor is a senior investment banker with over 20 years of proven experience leading complex transactions in Israel and internationally. As Head of M&A at Fahn Kanne, Tamar leads mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory, and investment banking engagements for public and private companies, investment firms, and institutional investors in Israel and abroad.

Tamar brings deep professional expertise across a wide range of industries, including industrials, medical devices and life sciences, consumer products, retail and trading, financial services, high-tech, and more. She advises clients throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, from strategy formulation, deal structuring, and valuation analysis to negotiations and successful closing.

Prior to joining Fahn Kanne, Tamar served as Head of M&A at a Big Four firm and as an Investment Manager at Leumi Partners, the investment banking arm of the Leumi Group, where she managed investment portfolios and transactions across multiple sectors.

Tamar is an attorney and holds an MBA in Business Administration (majoring in Finance and Marketing), both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
