Lean – Agile Operational Excellence
Lean – Agile Operational Excellence (hereinafter – “Excellence”) is a subsidiary of Fahn Kanne Consulting Ltd. which specializes in improving business capabilities and performance, improving the client experience and the employee experience, managing cultural and technological transformations and implementing a culture of excellence throughout the organization supply chain.
The company was established in 2006 by Zohar Banor, with an intention of providing organizations with the know-how and capabilities to be excellent and assisting them in implementing continuous improvement in their various processes, while contending with the many challenges found in the Lean – Agile Operational industry. Excellence assists its clients in achieving maximum business results and in becoming “angel” organizations which think ahead and are prepared for any change and disruption in the market.
The Company is comprised of three divisions:
Consulting Division – Promoting the organizational strategy by accompanying improvement processes and by streamlining work processes and implementing a culture of excellence.
Innovation and Smart Industry Division – Implementation of IOT technologies.
Executive Learning and Development Division – Development of intra-organizational expertise and development of executives integrated with advanced hybrid learning technology.
